Tri-Tech - Supplies

Tri-Tech offers a complete line of welding supplies and machines, safety equipment, and industrial supplies. Regulators, flow meters, cutting machines, power sources, filler metals, MIG guns, TIG torches, welding accessories, and safety products from many manufacturers are available.

Inventory receives special attention at Tri-Tech. Our computers determine the products that our customers most often have purchased or requested over the years. All items are continuously reviewed to insure an adequate stock to meet customers' needs. Thus, by stocking those items most frequently requested, special orders or back-orders are reduced or eliminated.

All Tri-Tech locations are on-line with our computer network for quick and efficient inventory control. A special customer service department exists at the main office to handle any problems. Easily readable invoices and statements are also provided to each customer at the end of the month.

Tri-Tech maintains well-supplied self-service stores. Inventory is readily visible and attractively displayed to aid each shopper in selecting the exact product that will meet any needs. Store personnel and sales associates are knowledgeable and thoroughly understand the products and product lines that they sell and service, Professional sales associates are also available throughout the sales area to discuss complicated problems or sophisticated applications.

Tri-Tech maintains a fleet of trucks and trailers specifically designed for the needs of the packaged gas industry. Palletized trucks, liquid delivery trailers and specialty trailers are used depending on the product being delivered.

Cylinder maintenance and hydrostatic testing also receive special attention at Tri-Tech. Before filling any cylinder, either company owned or customer owned, fill plant operators assure that the cylinder has a current test date and a properly operating valve. All pre-fill inspections are done to determine if the cylinder has been contaminated in any way and to ensure the highest product integrity possible. An on-line quality assurance system is in place which monitors all gases being filled to make sure our quality meets or exceeds industry standards. High tech equipment is used to test cylinders to meet DOT regulations. For those customers owning their own cylinders a dedicated department is ready to meet any cylinder maintenance or requalification needs.
