Service
is a word often overused in the retail and industrial business world. However,
Tri-Tech is committed to service and customer satisfaction. To us, service
has two definitions. One is service to the customer; the other is equipment
service. Customer service remains our primary goal. The importance of the customer is emphasized to each new employee. Our supervisors and managers are required to train all employees in customer relations. We realize the key to our success is to deliver the best service possible to our customers. Our aim is quality service in every area of the company. The level of service a company can accomplish is directly determined by the dedication of that company's workforce. Toward that end all TriTech employees are compensated through an incentive pay system which is directly tied to the service levels we are able to deliver.
The second definition of service involves equipment service. To this end, Tri-Tech maintains a well equipped and professionally staffed Service and Repair Center. We are equipped to service and repair all types of equipment. Of course, we firmly believe in the old creed, "service what you sell." Our personnel will help you with the set up and operation of our equipment purchased from Tri-Tech.
In addition
to equipment service, Tri-Tech offers one of the most modern and efficient
cylinder testing facilities in the area. Customer owned cylinders are tested
for a modest fee. Other cylinder services such as painting and revalving
are also available. Our representatives have many years of technical service experience and are capable and willing to discuss all of your welding applications. Service means helping you do your job easier, faster and more efficiently.
